These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and 11wln ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 11wln website at 11wln.app and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other gaming products offered through the platform.
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on 11wln, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 11wln platform and close your account.

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 11wln platform. The opening of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 11wln will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your username and password. You agree to notify 11wln support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
11wln reserves the right to request documentary verification of your identity, address, and payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of account access and/or withdrawal processing.
Accounts showing no activity (no login, deposit, bet or withdrawal) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 11wln reserves the right to levy a monthly inactivity fee of up to PKR 200 on dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance, subject to applicable regulations.
11wln accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits are credited to your 11wln account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 11wln is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance windows.
You agree that all funds deposited into your 11wln account are funds you are legally entitled to use and that are not derived from any illegal or prohibited activity. 11wln operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and may freeze accounts and report transactions to relevant authorities where suspicious financial activity is identified.
Minimum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. 11wln does not charge a deposit fee but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 11wln accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 11wln reserves the right to require proof of ownership of the nominated payment method before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and wagering requirement checks. Where a bonus was accepted, applicable wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal of deposit-only (bonus-free) funds is not subject to wagering requirements unless specified otherwise.
11wln aims to process approved withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa within one (1) hour of approval and bank transfer withdrawals within one (1) business day. These are target timelines and not contractual guarantees — processing times may extend due to compliance reviews, payment provider delays, or national banking holidays.
11wln reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) prior to processing withdrawal requests above PKR 100,000 in a single transaction. Additional identity and source-of-funds documentation may be requested during this process.
All bets placed on 11wln are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. Sport-specific rules are available within the betting section of the platform and are updated from time to time. Casino game rules, including return-to-player (RTP) percentages and paytable details, are accessible within each game.
11wln reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or where the odds or game outcome were affected by a technical error, data feed malfunction, or human error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the account balance. 11wln's decision in such matters is final.
Live in-play betting is offered on selected events. All live bets are accepted subject to market suspension rules. 11wln reserves the right to suspend or delay live bet acceptance at any time without notice. Bets placed after an event's outcome is decided (late bets) will be voided regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.
Arbitrage betting, matched betting with intent to exploit promotional offers, or any coordinated strategy designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, may result in account restriction, promotional access removal, or account closure at 11wln's discretion.
11wln may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All such promotions are subject to specific terms announced at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.
Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred or shared. Where it is established that a user has created multiple accounts or colluded with other users to exploit promotional offers, 11wln will void all associated bonus balances and winnings and may permanently close the accounts involved.
11wln reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions are not available to residents of jurisdictions where such offers are prohibited by applicable law.

Breach of any prohibition listed above constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the 11wln platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the property of 11wln or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any 11wln content without prior written consent is prohibited.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 11wln platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not constitute a transfer of title in any 11wln intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11wln and its directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from gambling activity, technical failures, data loss, or unauthorised account access.
11wln's total liability to any user in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by 11wln's negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
The 11wln platform is provided "as is" and "as available". 11wln does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access the platform at their own risk.
